Psychological Evaluations in the Area of Immigration

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish), Board Certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years experience conducting clinical evaluations and counseling.

My practice is dedicated to conducting psychological evaluations in the following areas of immigration:

  • U-Visa

  • T-Visa

  • Asylum

  • Withholding of Removal

  • Hardship Waivers (I-601 and I-601A)

  • Cancellation of Removal

  • Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)

  • Spousal Abuse

My evaluations are straight-forward covering factors that are of importance to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. A typical evaluation is usually 8 to 10 pages long, and can be sent directly to your attorney. I offer home-based evaluations. Interviews and testing are done in your home for comfort and convenience.

Unresolved immigration matters have a direct impact on our basic human needs and desires. These include the need to feel safe, secure, and make plans for the future. I completely understand the anxieties that arise from unresolved immigration issues.
